Peat briquettes

Peat briquettes are a 100 % ecological fuel - the ideal alternative to coal and wood. Pressed under high pressure, they are significantly denser than wood, do not decompose and offer a heating output comparable to coal. When burning, they do not cause corrosion or deposits in chimney flues.

• Burning time: up to 12 hours - reliable heat source

• Calorific value: approx. 19 MJ/kg - approx. 85 % of the calorific value of coal, high energy efficiency

• Moisture content: 12 % - enables effective combustion without excessive smoke formation

• Ash content: 9 % - small amount of ash reduces cleaning effort

• Sulphur content: 0.2 %
